As a QA Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. You’ll lead a team of QA professionals, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.  Your focus will be to prevent bugs from leaking into the product rather than finding them after the fact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance Management:
    • Oversee quality assurance processes, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
    • Develop automated tests as needed
    • Implement stress tests, load tests, longevity tests, and integration tests
    • Implement CI/CD to run automation test and manage the test automation computing infrastructure, such as test servers and load simulators
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor QA team members.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Actively involved in help us repro customer or stake holder reported critical issues
  • Process Improvement:
    • Develop and maintain quality standards, guidelines, and best practices.
    • Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to enhance overall quality performance.
    • Work closely with development teams to address quality issues.
    • Work closely with Product Owner, customers, supported to troubleshoot the issue and plan to teammate.
    • Company machine server on DevOps (optional)
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track, report, and present findings from QA activities.
    • Analyze test results to predict user behavior and identify bugs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify software requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in quality assurance, including leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Good command of English; good communication skills
  • Certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
