Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web scrapers using Python, with expertise in the Scrapy framework.
  • Design and deploy scalable, efficient scraping solutions.
  • Extract, clean, and organize data from diverse websites and APIs.
  • Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and timeliness of collected data through monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scraping scripts promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in web scraping methodologies.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
  • Proficiency in HTTP protocols, web technologies, and browser behavior.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience handling and parsing data formats such as JSON, XML, and HTML.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and effectively managing multiple tasks.
  • Experience with Scrapy framework and Web Scraper is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with other web scraping tools and libraries (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Selenium) is a plus.
