• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes 
• Demonstrate strong skills in WordPress plugin development
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of back-end functionality with user interfaces
• Optimize website performance, security, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress and third-party plugins
• Guide and train current team members to enhance their knowledge and abilities in plugin development
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the team's coding standards and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6 months of experience in WordPress back-end development, specifically with e-commerce websites
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and RESTful API development
• Expertise in WooCommerce, payment gateways, and other e-commerce-related plugins
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
• Strong understanding of web security and performance optimization best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
