• Conduct user research and analysis to design optimal user experiences (UX) for products (websites, mobile apps, software, etc.).
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements for the design functionality.
• Evaluate, advise, and implement design options to optimize the experience for projects of domestic and foreign clients.
• Develop documents such as Sitemap, Flowchart, Userflow, Wireframe, etc. to serve the process of building and improving the user experience for the project.
• Present design results to clients. Update and report on the progress of assigned work to the company's management.
• Collaborate with other departments such as programming and testing to ensure effective UX implementation.
• Conduct usability tests and gather user feedback to improve UX.
• Evaluate and propose improvements to the UX design process for client projects.
• Research market trends, learn about new technologies and fields to understand user needs and behaviors on digital products.

• Number of vacancies: 2 UX Designers (1 Senior and 1 Middle).
• Years of experience: from 1 years for Middle and from 4 years for Senior. 
• Graduation from design/technology-related majors is an advantage.
• Experience working in user experience research and improvement environments for digital products involved in UX design implementation for client projects in  technology, finance or related industries.
• A deep understanding of UX design principles and methods

 Skills:

• Proficient in design software such as Figma, FigJam
• Ability to listen, understand, and communicate in English is an advantage
• Ability to read, understand, and analyze data and project documents
• Good communication and presentation skill
