We are looking for a UI/UX designer to design web interfaces as well as mobile interfaces required turning our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. The focus will be for Trading platforms, Customer Portals and Back Office Systems. This designer shall also assist in creating a decent user experience for customer journey in using our platforms.

The U/UX shall identifies new opportunities to create better user experiences. There shall always be focus on designing something that is aesthetically pleasing branding strategies to help provide an easy to use platform and systems to suit customers needs. This designer will also ensure that the end-to-end journey of our customers while using our platform meets desired outcomes.

Understand and gather requirements from users requirements for application system development.
Translate the requirements into UI/UX design
Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
Communicate with the development team to develop an application in alignment to the UI/UX design.
Working closely with rest of team in Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore
Revamp existing corporate websites for Straits Financial to improve the overall UI/UX deImplement the design created using WIX for Straits Financial Corporate websites.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Minimum 01 years’ experience in UI/UX design.
Ability to pick up simple web development work using WIX and/or Wordpress.
Self-motivated, high level of dependability, organization, attention to detail, strong communication and problem solving skills required. Candidate must be able to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop but embrace open source alternatives like GIMP, Krita, etc.
Strong team player.
Working knowledge of commodity futures trading platforms is a plus
Strong comunication in English
