1. POSM & Commercial Operations (40%)
- Execute cross-functional tasks related to POS material operations.
- Manage and update POSM War-chest / Material Catalogue.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align POS execution with business objectives.
2. Data & Reporting (40%)
- Maintain accurate data on purchases, deliveries, and budgets.
- Deliver detailed reports on trade activities, materials usage, and cost tracking.
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time and within approved proposals.
3. Operational Support & Process Management (20%)
- Develop and own the POS yearly operation plan for your assigned area.
- Track all Purchase Orders (PO) vs plan, and manage order flows (in/out).
- Work with vendors to optimize cost, timeline, and delivery quality.
- Coordinate closely with Finance & Procurement on PO terms and payments.
- Monitor service levels, track KPIs, and support issue resolution.
