Trách nhiệm công việc
- Work closely with management level and relevant department to develop internal communication events to meet the target that all employees are always being informed and motivated.
- Plan and execute FPT internal event and NB internal activities such as Weekly meeting, Billiard Championship, Happy Run, Year End Party, Teambuilding, etc.
- Helps create a best-in-class internal communications function across the firm that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impactingall teams.
- Analyze the interaction and result of each event to deliver exciting proposals accordance with employee aspirations to build up a great working environment.
- Manage the operation of internal channels as post trendy contents, design simple, interaction reports, schedule, gifts, etc to wider access and optimize the effectiveness communication.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese
- Proactive, strong sense of accountability, organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Comfortable in an intense, fast-growth startup environment, and handling information with a high level of confidentiality.
- Great at connecting and engaging people; flexible in personal interactions at all levels of the company.
- Familiar with the design application such as Canva, Crello… is a plus
