Trách nhiệm công việc
- Review and analyze requirements and system specifications
- Perform test on web-based and mobile application systems.
- Create and conduct Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Reports.
- Manage bugs validation and verification.
- Improve/update test cases to increase efficiency and reliability
- Interact with Product managers to understand products/applications and their features
- Research and learn new testing tools/methods
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Good knowledge of QA/QC methods
- Able to write test cases/documents based on requirements
- Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform and responsive testing
- Familiar with Agile frameworks
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven person
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
