Trách nhiệm công việc:

  • Ensure a technology strategy aligned with the business goals and development of the company.
  • Design, build, and deploy application systems using NodeJS, ReactJS, and serverless architecture on the AWS plaƞorm.
  • Ensure the security and stability of the system through security measures and quality control.
  • Manage and develop the technical team, ensuring training and development of employees according to job requirements.
  • Provide innovative technology solutions, monitor emerging technology trends, and apply them to projects. 

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the IT field, with at least 2 years in a Technical Leader or technology management role.
  • Experience in building systems using NodeJS, ReactJS, and serverless architecture on the AWS platform.
  • Deep understanding of AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and other related services.
  • Ability to lead and manage a technical team, motivate and drive team members to achieve the best results.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strategic mindset.
  • -Willingness to work on-demand and in a fast-paced technology environment.
