Trách nhiệm công việc
- Lead IT team to clarify requirements and propose solutions
- Recruit new IT developers with the company’s director
- Developing back-end (NodeJS or PHP or .NET or Java), using our Haravan-based system and AWS
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the IT team
- Collaborate with product and business teams to achieve the company’s goals and growth.
- Participate in the complete product development cycle (Requirement analysis, planning, implementation, code review, testing, deployment, operation, monitoring…) with a focus on user experience both for PC and mobile
- Research emerging technologies and share knowledge with colleague
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Have 1+ years of work experience as tech lead in related fields (e.g. E-commerce, on-demand service, social network, etc.)
- Have 4+ years of work experience in web/mobile development
- Experience and being familiar with agile software development and engineering culture
- Being familiar with agile software development and engineering culture
- Good English communication skills (Speaking, writing, and listening)
- Experience working for a tech start-up (e.g. E-commerce) is preferred.
- Eager to enhance technical knowledge, explore and adopt new technologies to work
- Strong problem solving skills
- Honest and have awareness for self-improvement
