We are looking for 01 Technical Consultant for our office in Hanoi.
Technical Consultant is responsible for driving Sales growth, delivering quality Customer Success, leading technical growth, ensuring high productivity at company level, and contributing continuous organization growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage 3-5 projects from Sales closure to Customer Success;
- Lead company-wide technology asset creations (library, common modules, etc);
- Make right architectural decisions & provide technical recommendation for architectural level with clear reasoning with supervision from Manager;
- Identify the true problems of the client in business context, define the critical discussion points, and design project framework to solve the problems;
- Communicate with Devs, Project Managers and QC Lead to make sure Developers involved in Quality process;
- Initiate/Lead/Coordinate technical research and training to technical sub team members;
- Manage the main part of client relationship for technology related topics;
- Contribute to organization growth activities & long-term development;
- Other assigned task by BOM/ Director;

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 4 year of hands-on software development experience, both front-end and back-end languages;
- At least 1 year experience as team lead, able to develop and oversee the web development processes;
- Experience with Agile methodology;
- Understanding of the entire web development process, with an emphasis on front end design and development;
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, and other relevant staff members or clients;
- Proactively sharing & teaching new technologies to others;
- Good teamwork, communication, time management and problem solving skills; professionalism and high sense of responsibility;
- Can communicate/ Read document in English; can discuss with clients about technical issues in English;
