About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tech Lead to join our development team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you'll lead a talented team of developers and work closely with our Product Manager based in Norway. Your primary focus will be guiding technical decisions, ensuring high-quality development practices, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining applications built primarily on .NET Core, with some legacy code in .NET Framework.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed features and actively participate in strategic planning.
Drive the adoption of best practices, code quality standards, and continuous improvement within the team.
Mentor developers, conducting regular code reviews and providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
Actively contribute to modernizing the product, including UI upgrades, reducing technical debt, and rebranding efforts.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

5+ years of professional software development experience, with significant experience in .NET Core and exposure to legacy .NET Framework codebases.
Solid understanding of Angular for frontend development.
Proven experience leading technical teams or projects, demonstrating strong people skills and the ability to inspire team members.
Excellent grasp of software development best practices, architectural patterns, and agile methodologies.
Strong analytical skills, with the capability to evaluate business requirements and propose viable technical solutions.
Fluent in English, with clear communication skills in both understanding and speaking.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in distributed teams with international collaboration.
Familiarity with tools for reducing technical debt and legacy system modernization.
