AEM (Advanced Engineering Management) is currently seeking a passionate team leader, senior developer or full-stack developer to join our team.
The role requires either a senior developer that is seeking to make the next step to leading teams, or a developer that is already a team leader.
There is no requirement for specific languages for this role, or specialised knowledge.
By joining our team, you will have be leading a team that is developing a ground-breaking technology that is set to disrupt asset management in multiple industries.
You will have the opportunity to learn many new technologies and systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working in teams.
Leadership Qualities:
Ideal Skills (Must have)
- Comfortable leading teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Great soft skills (people skills)
- Can effectively manage a team without supervision
Ideal experience (not required)
- Previously led development teams or desires to lead teams
- Worked in AGILE / SCRUM teams
- Facilitated as a SCRUM MASTER
- Understands Project Management techniques
- Has communicated with external stakeholders (the client)
Software Development Qualities:
Skills (not required)
- Full-stack developer, or Solid understanding of back-end and front-end development.
- Understands software design
Experience (Preferred)
- Developed in at-least 3 languages (Java, JS, Python, C++, Pearl, NodeJS, ReactJS, etc.)
- Database Design / SQL experience
- Front-End development experience
