Trách nhiệm công việc
- Be involved in building server system on cloud platform for web and mobile products.
- Operate and monitor the system to ensure the continuous operation.
- Be involved in researching to automate the system operation daily.
- Be involved in researching on system optimizing solutions and operating costs.
- Perform periodic system checks, maintenance and back-ups.
- Build up the system monitoring tools.
- Support Developers in implementing web, mobile projects in staging & production.
- Build up the processes of software development.
- Build up the security processes for business.
- Develop the documents of operation, implementation & system evaluation.
- Research on security solutions to ensure the safety of system.
- Provide 24/7 support in troubleshooting system issues.
- Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent major
- 1-2 years’ experience in operating system
- Experience with Linux system: CentOS, Ubuntu
- Experience in configure and manage webserver: Nginx, Apache, HAproxy
- Experience with one of Database: MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, InfluxDB, etc
- Experience with one of monitoring systems: Check-MK, Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, ELK
- Ability to program with Bash Shell, Python, etc
- Ability to troubleshoot issue for end user: laptop, email, wifi, etc
- Experience with below system is an advantage
- Cloud (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon AWS, MS Azure);
- Automation system (CI/CD, Ansible);
- Container, Docker
- Good knowledge of Network
- Good at English reading and writing
- Teamwork and communication skill
