We are looking for talented candidates for the PM and System engineer position with expertise in release management, operation and system engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup and operation of various technologies, including web servers, application servers, databases, and open-source solutions, along with monitoring systems.

System Monitoring:System monitoring: Receive and process alarms arising on the system, always ensuring stable operation of the system (including out of office hours)
Security Management:System change management: Make changes required by customer and application team
Incident Management:Incident and problem management: Participate in handling when problems arise
Capacity Planning:System capacity and performance management: Manage system performance (CPU, Mem, Disk), always ensure the system does not exceed KPI Backup
Server Administration:Management: Review server backup and redundancy. Ensure the system is always backed up daily, minimizing the risk of data loss
Data Security:Ensure information security according to the standards of Samsung corporation
Technical Support:Availability and continuity, service level management, migration, Technical support

Frameworks and Libraries:University degree in Information Technology/ Telecommunication or related field
Experience:Above 5 years of relevant experience in this specialized functional discipline including IT service (infrastructure/service, SaaS/On-premises, etc. regardless of type)
Databases:Databases or servers' knowledge OS includes Windows (update patch, event viewer, IIS, disk management, troubleshooting, performance checking), Linux (update kernel, package and process management, LVM, performance checking, system log) etc.
Data Warehousing:Database includes PostgreSQL, Oracle, MariaDB, SQL Servers
APIs and Web Services:Experience working with processes at large organizations
Communication:Great communication and working skills to build working relationships with team members in Vietnam and Korea
