Solution Consulting Responsibilities
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend the most suitable software solutions.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the technical team to ensure accurate understanding and effective implementation of requirements.
- Participate directly in product demos, present software solutions, and support the sales process.
- Follow up and support customers throughout the software implementation and usage phases to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.
Technical Support & User Experience
- Participate in testing, experiencing, and giving feedback for product improvements (software, web apps, mobile apps).
- Guide customers in using the company’s products and services, handle minor issues, and coordinate with the technical team when needed.
- Ensure customers receive consistent support from the consulting phase through post-sales service.
Data Analysis & Solution Recommendations
- Analyze data from the system to generate reports and propose improvements to enhance software efficiency.
- Support the development of dashboards and periodic reports for both clients and internal teams.
