Having experience in software development (more than 3+ years of experience), and have at least 1 year of experience in Japan’s company
Good understanding of database security and performance tuning (SQL server, NoSQL databases)
Good knowledge of architecture standards and solutions for his/her base technology platform, including reference architectures, and integration models/architectures (Clean Architecture, Micro-services, DDD…)
Strong experience with OOP
Hand-on experience with software principles such as SOLID, DRY..
Good on Cloud
Effective verbal Japanese skills in the video conference and face-to-face communication with N2+ level
Along with managing tasks within the project, this position also involves liaising with the Japanese office to obtain customer requests, which may involve conducting online video meetings with clients to gather specific project requirements
Additionally, this role entails facilitating the transfer of project information between teams
Having experience in Python, PHP, Ruby, Java, or ReactJS is a plus.
