Software Backend Developer

• We are looking for Backend Developer who proficient in any backend language.
• Work directly with a team (service planner, technical leaders, designer, engineers…) to figure out user’s needs, problems; expectations to contribute ideas & solutions as well as to realize/ resolve them.
• Deliver outputs with expected quality, speed, compliance in order to bring the best values to product/ service’s end users.
• Mentor or coach junior members if needed to achieve a certain level of competency or performance to meet project’s objectives.

Technical Skills:

• At least 2~3+ experience working in back-end programming.
• Have a strong technical background, and specialize in any of the following: PHP/ Java/ NodeJS/ Ruby/ Python/ C#/ Go/ Scala…
• Willing to learn new languages.
• Experience in Jest to write E2E test code/ Unit Test is a plus.
• Have knowledge in front-end: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
• Debugging and optimizing code for system performance.

• Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Researching new technology & sharing your knowledge.
• Can proactively learn and gain necessary skills for existing or future project.
• Reading and writing in English fluently.
