Paymentwall is looking for senior-level system administrators who are obsessed with making sure that systems are running efficiently and smoothly.
For this role, you will:
- Support of high-available server infrastructure;
- Set up new infrastructure layers, based on the needs of company projects;
- Perform maintenance and upgrades of the system components;
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements and troubleshoot issues;
- Set up new servers and server applications;
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies;
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
Must-have Requirements:
- At least 4 years of server administration experience;
- Knowledge in BSD and Linux;
- Web server setup (Nginx, Apache);
- Installing different extensions for PHP, Python, Ruby;
- Firewall setup (ipfw, iptables, fail2ban, naxsi, mod_security, pfSense);
- NFS, distributed file systems;
- HA (Corosync, Pacemaker, Heartbeat, CARP);
- Database setup (MySQL, MariaDB, Percona, Galera Cluster);
- Database proxy (MaxScale, HAProxy, IPVS);
- Monitoring systems (Zabbix, Nagios, collectd, ELK stack);
- Configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible);
- Containers (Docker, Core OS);
- PKG, ports;
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study;
- Be able to chat and talk in basic English.
Experience in the following is also good to have (optional):
- Configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible);
- Containers (Docker);
- PCI DSS;
- Database setup (MySQL, MariaDB, Percona, Galera Cluster);
- Database proxy (MaxScale, HAProxy, IPVS);
