1. MARKET RESEARCH
- Plan and execute market studies; analyze result and write reports and recommendation of viability of products, potential market segment and target customers in order to provide information for manager to make decision on business opportunities
2. PLANNING
- Gather and refer information about products, customers feedback and competitor’s activities to manager in order to form annual department/team sales forecast reports and marketing plan
3. MARKETING
- Develop marketing materials (brochure, leaflet, newsletter...), translate into Vietnamese; invite customer to marketing campaigns, make presentation (or being a translator) in the seminars in order to increase customers’ awareness of products
4. SALES
- Visit customer to promote sales, assess customer needs and potentials, technical advice products, collect cost and propose profit margin, develop contract, negotiate contract terms, conclude sales; follow up payment schedule, chasing customer and propose solution for outstanding debt; in order to achieve sales target
5. TENDER DOCUMENT PREPARATION
- Complete technical and commercial part; check the completion of tender document in order to meet customer’s needs and enhance the competitive position of the offer.
6. DELIVERY PROCESS
- Collect product sample, approve order confirmation, arrange inspection, monitor delivery schedule, guide customer on custom clearance; organize pre-installation; follow-up installation and commissioning activities; conduct training; in order to process customer’s orders
7. CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Visit customer; build and maintain positive customer relationship; receive complaints; identify & propose solutions for warranty issues; co-ordinate with relevant departments and supplier for troubleshooting; in order to maintain and improve the customer relationships
