Position Overview
The position is responsible for managing C&B (Compensation & Benefits) operations across oversees market, overseeing a workforce of approximately 200 employees. This includes end-to-end payroll verification and reconciliation with external partners, as well as direct ownership of incentive calculations.
The role also partners closely with HRBP Manager to drive the development and implementation of performance management frameworks (KPIs) and HR policies, ensuring alignment and consistency across regional operations.
