Minimum 3 years in B2B sales
At least 1 year of experience in global business development and in one of the following categories: New technology (AI, immersive technologies like AR/VR etc.) and custom software development
Strong business acumen, consistently evaluating work through the lens of revenue and long-term growth
Deep understanding of enterprise clients, particularly in finance, telecommunications, healthcare, and manufacturing
Open-minded, eager to learn, and highly adaptable to change and new challenges
Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively across teams and management levels
Proactive in collaboration, ensuring transparent and frequent information sharing
Excellent English skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with international clients
