- Able to organize ideas systematically and turn them into persuasive planning documents
- Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and positive collaboration attitude
- Interested in arcade idle genres or experienced in casual game design
- Experience in project management

- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, with curiosity about results and the underlying causes behind them.
- Ability to organize ideas systematically and create persuasive planning documents.
- Good communication skills, with a proactive and positive working attitude.
- Interest in arcade idle games or experience in casual game design is preferred.
- Experience in project management.
- Good communication skills in Korean or English.

- Game Engine Knowledge: Basic understanding of game engines such as Unity.
- Project Management Tools: Notion, etc.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of the mobile game and hyper-casual game market.
- Experience in LiveOps operations and A/B testing for mobile games.
- Experience using Unity or other game engines, along with proficiency in collaboration tools.
