Position Overview
Supercent Vietnam is a global mobile game publishing organization strengthening its social media channel strategy across a variety of game IPs.
This role goes beyond day-to-day channel management and focuses on developing video content strategies and analyzing performance to drive the growth of our YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok channels.

포지션 소개
Supercent Vietnam은 글로벌 모바일 게임 퍼블리싱 조직으로, 다양한 게임 IP를 기반으로 한 SNS 채널 전략을 강화하고 있습니다. 본 포지션은 단순 운영을 넘어, 영상 콘텐츠 전략 수립과 성과 분석을 중심으로 YouTube · Instagram · TikTok 채널의 성장을 주도합니다.
Content Strategy
- Develop mid- to long-term video content strategies aligned with game IPs, seasons, and update cycles.
- Analyze target audiences for each channel and establish channel-specific content and format strategies.
- Monitor competitor games and global social media trends to identify new content opportunities and directions.
Content Planning & Copywriting
- Plan video content calendars targeting game users and create creative briefs.
- Define channel tone and manner and manage copywriting guidelines.
- Lead content direction in collaboration with the video production team.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Regularly track key channel metrics, including views, audience retention, engagement rate, and follower growth.
- Design A/B tests based on video performance and derive actionable insights.
- Establish and manage feedback loops to incorporate performance insights into future content strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for HQ.
Channel Management
- Manage and execute posting schedules across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage community interactions and monitor user feedback and responses.

- 게임 IP · 시즌 · 업데이트 주기를 연계한 중장기 영상 콘텐츠 전략 설계
- 채널별 타깃 오디언스 분석 및 포맷 전략 수립
- 경쟁 게임 및 글로벌 SNS 트렌드 모니터링을 통한 기획 방향 도출
콘텐츠 기획 및 카피라이팅
- 게임 유저 대상 영상 콘텐츠 캘린더 기획 및 크리에이티브 브리프 작성
- 채널 톤앤매너 정의 및 카피라이팅 가이드라인 관리
- 영상팀과의 협업을 통한 콘텐츠 제작 방향 리드
성과 분석 및 리포팅
- 채널별 핵심 지표 (조회수, 시청 지속률, 인게이지먼트율, 팔로워 증가) 정기 추적
- 영상 성과 기반 A/B 테스트 설계 및 인사이트 도출
- 분석 결과를 전략에 반영하는 피드백 루프 운영
- HQ 보고용 주간·월간 성과 리포트 작성
채널 운영
- YouTube · Instagram · TikTok 포스팅 스케줄 관리 및 실행
- 커뮤니티 응대 및 유저 반응 모니터링
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media video content planning and channel management.
- Proven track record of contributing to the growth of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok channels.
- Hands-on experience planning video content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experience developing data-driven content strategies, with proficiency in YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or digital content industry.
- Business-level communication skills in Korean or English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mobile game community management or game marketing.
- Strong understanding of global gaming trends and meme culture.
- Basic understanding of video editing tools; hands-on editing is not required, but candidates should be able to effectively lead and collaborate with video production teams.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Notion and Slack.
