Objectives:

Being the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of Ubank App’s features.

Communication:

• Internal (within UBANK): IT, Data Management Department and other related business units in UBANK: 
  • Gathering idea on use cases – understanding needs from each department
  • Coordinates with enabling function to ensure runs smoothly
• External (outside UBANK): Vendors/ outstaff
  • Coordinate and work with vendors who in contracts with UBANK/ outstaff in term of advance analytics
