Senior Data Analyst

Objectives:

Being the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of Ubank App’s features.

Communication:

• Internal (within UBANK): IT, Data Management Department and other related business units in UBANK: 
  • Gathering idea on use cases – understanding needs from each department
  • Coordinates with enabling function to ensure runs smoothly
• External (outside UBANK): Vendors/ outstaff
  • Coordinate and work with vendors who in contracts with UBANK/ outstaff in term of advance analytics

• Collaborate with business users to capture requirements and translate business problems into analytical problems and construct analysis road-map based on business context
• Provide seamless analytical support to business functions of Ubank to devise data driven strategy
• Give support and inputs to BICC teams on FE Credit product lines – Credit Card, Personal Loan, Two Wheeler Loan. Consumer Durable Loan, Cross Sell-Top Up etc.
• Support Customer Engagement Team in designing of campaign and analyzing the functional impact of the campaign execution
• Develop good visualization on Tableau or other Visual Analytics tool to communicate business insights from analysis and make actionable recommendations
• Help deploy analytics solutions and enable tracking of business outcomes
• Develop and track return on investment (ROI) on specific business use cases
• Undertake tasks assigned by line manager

• Education: University Graduate, major: Computer Science, IT, Finance or Business Management
• Experience: 2-4 years’ experience working in complex Data Analytics projects, preferably working in Financial Services sector
• Skills:
  
  • Good understanding of lending, cards business, and banking industry
  • Good in business reporting & business analytics
  • Extensive functional experience in at least one year in domain - Risk, Operations and/or Sales (preferably in financial services)
  • Good in translating business cases to technical
  • Good business communication skills
