Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Convert business needs into functional requirements for the software system.

Documentation

• Create detailed business processes, workflows, use cases, and data model documentation.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).

System Design & Specification

• Work with software architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Define the system architecture, data flow, and integration points with other systems.
• Assist in designing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX).

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Participate in client presentations to demonstrate the business value of proposed solutions.
• Provide end-user support and training for the new business workflows.

Testing & Validation

• Support QA teams by validating that the software meets the business and functional requirements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in product-driven companies.
• Experience working with ERP systems or logistics management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, talkative person
• Prior experience supporting sales is a plus
• Have programming experience is an advantage
• Product mindset preferred; especially candidates with experience in product companies.
