We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure and platform team. In this role, you will design, automate, and operate cloud and hybrid environments that support mission-critical applications. You will work closely with development, security, database, and operations teams to improve deployment reliability, infrastructure scalability, system observability, and incident response.

Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments such as AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP, and on-premise platforms.
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Argo CD to support fast and reliable application delivery.
Infrastructure as Code: Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, CloudFormation, or similar tools to automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
Containerization & Kubernetes: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including Helm charts, ingress controllers, service discovery, autoscaling, and rolling updates.
Monitoring & Observability: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK Stack, CloudWatch, Zabbix, or Datadog.
System Reliability & Performance: Improve system availability, performance, scalability, and resilience through automation, capacity planning, tuning, and proactive incident prevention.
Security & Compliance: Apply DevSecOps practices including secret management, access control, vulnerability scanning, patching, SSL/TLS certificate management, and audit logging.
Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Support production systems, investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with application, database, network, and security teams.
Backup & Disaster Recovery Support: Assist with implementing backup, recovery, high-availability, and disaster-recovery strategies for infrastructure and application platforms.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, deployment guides, and operational procedures.

4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, System Administration, or Platform Engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
Strong hands-on experience with:
- At least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, or similar)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
Solid Linux administration skills; Windows Server knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar).
Practical understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, firewall rules, VPN, TCP/IP).
Experience with monitoring and logging platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch, Datadog, Zabbix, or similar).
Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting mindset, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure during incidents, and capability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to GitOps workflows and service mesh technologies.
Experience supporting SQL/NoSQL databases or caching platforms.
Familiarity with DevSecOps and security tools (e.g., Vault, SonarQube, vulnerability scanning tools).
Relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications.

Basic salary: It will be based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company.
Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
