We are looking for experienced Senior Backend Engineer (Java) to join our OMC product. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a well-established and leading start-up in Vietnam as One Mount Group and you will be part of OMC - A digitalized ecosystem via a super App with diverse utilities from retails, E-commerce to Financial services serving people’s end-to-end needs in their daily activities.

Debugging: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

Performance Optimization: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Feature Development: Deliver end-to-end, including unit test, integration test and deployment to PROD

Collaboration with Development Teams: Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of the development process

Quality Audits: Participate in code reviews & control coding quality standards

Team Leadership: Lead team in development area & coach junior members

APIs and Web Services: Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices

Cloud Services: Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, Cloud Infrastructure and CI/CD is a plus

Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team

Time Management: Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work

Systems Monitoring: Experience with systems monitoring such as APM, Heap, Profiling. Tools like New Relic, Grafana…

Languages: Strong knowledge of backend programming languages like Java, Golang and its frameworks (Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Gin)

Agile environment: Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies

Hands-On Experience: 5+ years of hands-on development experience as a Backend Engineer

Architecture Design: Expertise in Object-Oriented Design, Database Design.
