Senior Backend Developer (Python)

• Lead and guide the software engineering team.
• Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and robust backend solutions.
• Integrate frontend components with the backend system.
• Connect the cloud system with the on-premise system
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct unit tests and integration tests to ensure bug-free products.

• Strong experience as a Backend Developer, with expertise in Python and proficiency in the Django framework.
• +5 years in programming with Python and Django.
• Experience with PostgreSQL for database management.
• Experience with web development on the cloud.
• Familiarity with C# is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Hanoi, Vietnam (9-6) after March 2024. Willingness to relocate to Hanoi if currently based outside of Hanoi.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Passion for quantum computing and technology.
