Trách nhiệm công việc
- Conduct outreach to potential prospects through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Focus on selling CX Genie core services to potential and existing customers. CX Genie - our new launched AI Chatbot for business.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue quotas;
- Partner with marketing team to implement campaigns focused on demand generation
- Update knowledge of the market and competitors;
- Manage sales process from initial outreach to contract signing
- Submit weekly progress reports.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- At least 3 years experience in sales or business development, any experience in B2B sales, or business administration
- Experience in selling and deploying software to customers is a plus
- Good skills of English
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience in utilizing social media for brand promotion
- Basic knowledge and interest in the IT industry (websites, mobile applications, ...)
