Identify, analyze, and document business requirements and deliver work products throughout the project life cycle.
Verify products or services to assure that they meet requirement and design (quality assurance).
Deliver products or services to customers and track status and versions.
Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support under SLA; training users.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, IT, Information Systems.
IT or related majors backgound
Knowledge of Financial, Payment and Banking system is preferred
Knowledge of business processes such as equity & derivatives trading and settlement.
Have at least 1 year of test work experience.
Have can-do spirit, be proactive and quick learning in work with good time management skill
Able to use English.
Good communication skills
Able to work in an English-speaking environment
