  • Proficiency in scripting business rules for process automation and workflows.
  • Create and customize tables and reports in ServiceNow for insightful analytics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Your skills & qualifications

  • Extensive experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficiency in business rule scripting to automate processes and workflows.
  • Skill in creating and customizing tables and reports within the ServiceNow environment.
