Trách nhiệm công việc
- Participates as a member of a QA Team for Enterprise Software.
- Executes tasks related to the production of the test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Analyzes the results of the testing process and recommends solutions.
- Understands and uses appropriate automated testing processes and tools.
- Supports knowledge management and collaboration through participation in testing discussions, communities and improving testing collateral through lessons learned.
- Performs work assigned by team lead.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Have 1 year of experience as QA QC/ Tester. Freshers (at least 06 months of experience) are welcomed
- Some experience in VoIP is a big plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently, changing focus as required
- Must have a good sense of ownership
