Trách nhiệm công việc
- As a Project Manager, you will be involved in the project from the beginning, gather business and system requirements from Client, you will define and validate the scope, ongoing requirements, functionality, and screen design, etc. You will need to have the ability to translate these into written business and functional requirements.
- Assist Client in defining requirements and suggest ideas.
- Manage project activities across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Communicate with the Client about their requirements, Writing System Requirement Specifications (SRS) documents. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the entire process.
- Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities. Ability to control project risk, able to correctly analyze the various of risks in the project and actively control the risks
- Be engaged to project coordination among various stakeholders and planning with development teams to make sure that goals are met.
- Submit daily/weekly progress reports to Clients and communicating progress, timelines of project to the parties involved
- Strong understanding of Performance Tuning, Browser Compatibility, SEO Practices, and Version Control.
- Involved in the recruiting, training of project staff
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- 3+ years of PM experience in a project with 5 or more people
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience of working with e-commerce/Platform
- Excellent English (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely). Korean language proficiency is a plus.
