Project Manager (Signing Bonus upto 30M)

• 4 years or more experience in software development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus on computer science, information technology, systems development, or a related field
• Broad knowledge in software development and web application technologies such as PHP, Ruby, Javascript, Vue.js, Node.js, React Native, and Database Management Systems
• Good reading and written command of English
• Communicates openly and directly
• A positive thinker who creates a dynamic and positive working environment
• Able to break down high-level requirements to implement customer needs
• Understands that quality is the most important thing
• Able to adjust your working time according the project schedule
• Able to create suitable specification with Project Owner / Client.
• Have experience in planning project resource, project roadmap Be able to set KPI accordingly (if any), keep the track of the project, and set rules and policies to meet goal effectively.
• Have the ability to solve the problem with analytical thinking when a bug or risk is detected
• Take responsibility for all projects delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget

Other Skill

• Fluent in English or Japanese is a plus.
• Being proactive and having a high sense of responsibility, ambitious, willing to learn & hardworking.
• To be honest, communication with clients/team/managers is a must.
