The candidate will serve as the interface between the offshore clients and manages the designated VN project team to facilitate the design, development, and execution of works to ensure successful project/product delivery.
The candidate shall be able to communicate effectively in English, fluently in both verbal and written capacities. He shall also be able to present and relay technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.

Conduct meetings with respective clients’ stakeholders and manages task assignment for the project team.
Plan, manage, and track overall project(s) to ensure timely delivery, and meets technical/business requirements.
Ensure project(s) are executed in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
Resolve project issues with the team and escalate risk-prone issues with recommendations to the client stakeholders for resolution/decision.
Manage changes to projects’ scope, schedule, and effort using appropriate verification techniques.
Ensure that project implementation methodology, security standards, and procedures are adhered to by all project team members.
Measure project performance and generate weekly progress reports for clients.
Track and manage resource/task allocations to ensure productivity at its optimal.
Conduct project-related training for end-users if required.

Min Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 2 years of IT project management experience in 3 full software development life cycles, with Agile project experience, is a plus.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Strong leadership with good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent critical thinking, analytical, solution conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
