  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, tasks, and deliverables
  • Liaising with clients to coordinate and schedule meetings to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves and supporting the clients

Trách nhiệm công việc:

  • Assist with project management activities
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframe with project lead and teams
  • Liaising with clients to coordinate and schedule meetings to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with scheduling
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Help provide and present project status

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn:

  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • BSc in Business Administration or related field
  • Fluent in English is a must, Japanese is a plus
