Coordinating project schedules, resources, tasks, and deliverables
Liaising with clients to coordinate and schedule meetings to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves and supporting the clients

Your role & responsibilities

Assist with project management activities
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframe with project lead and teams
Liaising with clients to coordinate and schedule meetings to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with scheduling
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Help provide and present project status

Your skills & qualifications

An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
BSc in Business Administration or related field
Fluent in English is a must, Japanese is a plus
