  • Job purpose: we have set the ambition to become the best-connected brewer; your goal is to build the Digital Products which will drive this ambition serving all internal business functions and external stakeholders.

Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Tiger Tribe Product Ownership | Drive the development of Digital Products which furthers our goal of becoming the world’s best connected brewer; bring new capabilities to resolve OpCo pain points across all business functions. Work directly with vendors and inhouse (i.e. Tiger Tribe) development teams. In particular, build products which are scalable from the technical perspective and whose value to Heineken can be tracked effectively. Focus on global scalability and drive the adoption of APAC developed digital products and platforms outside of the APAC region.
  • HEINKEKEN Digital Transformation | Develop a digital product strategy for Tiger Tribe and drive new advanced solutions based on a deep knowledge of business needs, industry trends, best practices and emerging technology to bring value to the business. Support a fit-for-purpose product development framework for Tiger Tribe, aligned with global stakeholders. 
  • Innovation | Support all functions with experimentation of new technologies and solutions; conduct experimentation and direct customer engagement by applying design thinking and rapid prototyping to test new ideas and technologies.

Experience & profile (what & how):

What:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Work experience: at least 5 years experience in D&T or Product Ownership roles; preferably background in FMCG, Product Design and project management preferable.
  • Required Agile expertise: strong team skills, able to drive change across the organization and excel in agile cross-functional teams.
  • Required technology expertise: good understanding of design/development approaches/tooling (i.e. Mobile Dev, Figma, JIRA) and emerging technology. 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: able to identify innovation and sharing opportunities across HEINEKEN, able to bring in best practises from outside of HEINEKEN as well as copying best practises from around the HEINEKEN world.
  • Language(s): English.
