Experience & profile (what & how):
What:
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Work experience: at least 5 years experience in D&T or Product Ownership roles; preferably background in FMCG, Product Design and project management preferable.
- Required Agile expertise: strong team skills, able to drive change across the organization and excel in agile cross-functional teams.
- Required technology expertise: good understanding of design/development approaches/tooling (i.e. Mobile Dev, Figma, JIRA) and emerging technology.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: able to identify innovation and sharing opportunities across HEINEKEN, able to bring in best practises from outside of HEINEKEN as well as copying best practises from around the HEINEKEN world.
- Language(s): English.
