- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
- Ensure an Agile culture is established in your team.
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English
- 2+ Experience of project management applying Agile & Scrum
- Experience gathering business requirements and turning them into detailed technical requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
