- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing in-house team of A/B testers and analysts.
- Establish and document best practices for test design, execution, and analysis.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.
3. End-to-End Test Execution:
- Design robust A/B/n and multivariate tests with statistical rigor (proper sampling, significance testing).
- Oversee technical implementation with engineering and marketing teams.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover the "why" behind user behavior.
4. Executive Communication & Storytelling:
- For Executives: Translate complex test results into clear, actionable business insights. Connect outcomes to financial impact and strategic goals.
- For Product Leaders: Socialize wins, losses, and critical learnings to inform the product development cycle.
- Maintain a real-time testing dashboard for organizational transparency.
