.NET Lead

Technical management:

• Analyze and clarify requirements to provide estimation and arrange resources when there are new .NET projects
• Define and monitor the use of best practices and processes to the team (git flow, code convention, code review, etc.) to improve code quality and effectiveness
• Coach/mentor and provide training plans for team members to match requirements of tasks
• Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide technical guidance to team members

Team management:

• Manage a team of about 20 .NET developers
• Set goals, monitor, and carry out performance review for team members
• Build the whole learning program (including internal sharing sessions and external courses and certifications) that is suitable for different levels (junior, intermediate, senior) to level up the competency of the whole team
• Have 1:1 meeting with team members
• Build good relationship and atmosphere inside the team and contribute to increase retention rate in the team

• At least 2 years working as a team leader/manager managing a team more than 10 members
• At least 5 years of experience in the Microsoft .NET Framework or .NET Core (ASP.NET MVC, Web API, LINQ, Entity Framework)
• Experience with MS SQL Server; experience with DynamoDB a plus
• Experience in cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure; exposure to performance and scalability improvement within AWS is desired
• Strong background in data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, database analysis, and system design
• Experience in requirement analysis and estimation
• Experience in defining and applying best engineering practices to the team
• Experience in coaching and building detailed training plans for team members
• Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese
