Trách nhiệm công việc
- Responsible to compose detail design documents, and implement the functionality based on provided requirements’ backlog
- Must have strong technical skill at least 1 specific domain (Web or Mobile or Data base…) and take responsibility for designing that part in project
- Communicate with customer in requirement collection, progress reporting and trouble solving
- Transform customer’s requirements into logical, economical and practical system designs
- Ready to support customer at out of business working hours when there is request
- Analyze and design system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources
- Prepare detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written
- Lead in researching and coaching new technology for growing up subordinates’ development skill
- Report to Leader and Line Manager
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields
- At least 2-3 years working in mobile app development as software engineer
- Technical requirement: React web/ native (MUST), AWS/GCP usage knowhow, Basic Agile process (will be trained by client)
- Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work
- Able to work under tight schedule
- Good design documentation is required
- Able to build team work’s spirit
- Japanese skill: N3 or equivalent (Reading, Writing)
- Japanese company experience is preferable
- Direct experience from Atomic design, Headless CMS would be a plus
- Good communication skill
- Good working attitude
