Middle DevOps Engineer (English required - up to 55M)

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer, focusing on DevSecOps practices and CI/CD tools. This role will support developers and internal customers by resolving technical and product issues, improving customer experience, and ensuring tools meet Microsoft’s Security, Privacy, and Compliance (SFI) standards.

- Provide technical support for CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Frame, S360), ensuring smooth integration and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with the SFI team to assess and improve the security, privacy, and compliance posture of internal tools.
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to DevSecOps workflows.
- Drive adoption of secure development practices across supported tools and platforms.
- Maintain and improve operational workflows to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Document support procedures, FAQs, and technical guidance for internal users.
- Partner with engineering team to identify and resolve systemic issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools and processes (e.g., Frame, S360, SDL).
- Strong understanding of software security, privacy, and compliance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in technical support or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Knowledge of Microsoft’s internal SFI framework and tooling.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep, Ansible

- Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Azure Monitor
- Incident Response: Detection, triage, and resolution
- Change Management: Release pipelines, rollback strategies, version control
