The Market Insights Analyst is responsible for providing key insights on the competitive landscape, market dynamics and market / customer research. In addition, the Market Insights Analyst will oversee day-to-day interactions with external research agencies.
Analyze and develop a deep level of understanding around existing and potential product offerings and market dynamics to inform and advance product and corporate development.
Communicate company-wide to make sure that all levels of the organization, including Sales, Senior Leadership, Product Development and Product Marketing, are properly aligned and informed on current trends, market dynamics and competitive intelligence.
Create and update comprehensive macroeconomic, industry, competitor and customer landscapes including, but not limited to, market share and trends
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal customers to identify emerging needs and business challenges that require insights from research.
Provide market insights to other internal customers and consult with them on effective use and presentation of market intelligence

Experienced in Market Insight/Market Research in Banking/CFC/Fintech/E-commerce industry or Associate Consulting/Business Consulting of Auditing/Consulting Firms
Strong analytic & statistical mindset, proficient in PPT and Excel
Strong presentation skills, collaborative and able to perform well under pressure.
Fluent English communication
