Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn

1. Training planning (10%)

  • Assist Line Manager to identify training needs to establish properly training plan.
  • Join field works to deeply understand the business and gain more business insights for training needs & development
  • Monitor the training plan implementation within approved budget

 

2. Training implementation (60%)

  • Deliver and teach the training courses in training plan or as assigned by manager.
  • Lead and coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to implement training courses (Orientation, Technical skill, Personal development, Leadership, etc.)
  • Initially review and complete all service agreements/contracts, complete Vendor Selection Forms, payment…
  • Evaluate and monitor training vendor’s performance, training quality and training results
  • Coordinate with Compliance team for Compliance training implementation
  • Manage eLearning platform and cooperate with all relevant departments to provide eLearning courses.
  • Manage the new hire training program and ensure that new employees in their assigned positions complete the program as required.

 

3. Learning Development/ HR project (25%)

  • Support Line Manager in tasks related to Learning/ HR projects
  • Propose initiatives and solutions to improve Learning function continuously
  • Provide advice and support to line managers in building training guidelines/procedures/policies accordingly business requirements

 

4. Others (5%)

  • Manage and keep track of training database, training records & reports and other related training documents
  • Make reports, analysis, and other ad-hoc tasks as per request by Line Manager

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

1. Qualification:

  • University Degree majored in Banking/International business administration/Human Resources

 

2. Experience:

  • Minimum 04 years working experience in relevant HR or Training
  • Previous work experience in a multinational company and/or consumer finance/banking industry is an advantage.

 

3. Knowledge:

  • General knowledge in Human Resource Management
  • General knowledge in consumer finance / Banking industry
  • Knowledge in training management, talent development and performance management
  • Fast learning new knowledge of business activities, processes and strategies
  • Strong understanding of the training process

 

4. Skills
