The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Developer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the technical side of SEO, eager to learn, and ready to implement SEO improvements for a variety of client websites. You will work closely with our SEO Specialists, utilizing AI tools and your development skills to execute strategies and fix technical issues.

Technical SEO Implementation:
- Execute technical SEO recommendations provided by senior SEO specialists (e.g., fixing 404 errors, implementing 301 redirects, optimizing internal linking structures).
- Work with WordPress and potentially other CMS platforms to apply on-page and technical changes.
- Assist in optimizing website loading speed and structured data.
- Convert audit reports (e.g., CSV files identifying 404s) into actionable steps and implement solutions.
AI Tool Utilization:
- Learn and utilize AI models (e.g., Claude Code, Opus, Sonet) to assist in various SEO development tasks, such as generating code snippets for schema, or assisting with internal link placement.
- Run automated tasks and audits using AI agents under supervision.
- Data Gathering & Reporting Assistance:
- Help gather and filter SEO data (e.g., from Google Search Console, site crawls) to support audit and strategy development.
- Assist in preparing reports on technical SEO progress.
Collaboration & Learning:
- Work closely with senior SEO team members to understand SEO strategies and implementation best practices.
- Actively seek to understand the "why" behind SEO tasks and how they contribute to overall client success.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams on minor technical setups or issue resolution when required.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and potentially JavaScript.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.

- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to think logically and break down complex problems into manageable tasks.

- Any exposure to AI tools or prompt engineering.
- Understanding of web crawling concepts.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console.
- Experience with VPS environments (e.g., T-Mux) or command-line interfaces.
