Junior/Senior – Microsoft Technical Consultant

As part of IT Advisory, Technology Enablement (TE) provides CRM, ERP implementation, System review and assessment, Digital technology design and implementation to assist clients based on the top ERP solutions as Oracle, SAP and Microsoft. Our System Consulting & Implementation team guides our clients through their technology transformation journey by assisting them to navigate through the stages of system implementation from configuration, through testing and training, up to the cutover phase. Our implementation services are designed to integrate the selected system solution with our client’s existing systems, automate a part or completely of business process by embedder emerging digital technology, technical architecture and procedures.

KPMG Vietnam is looking for a for Junior/ Senior – Microsoft Technical Consultant. The employee will be mainly responsible for the following duties:

• Work as part of the IT Advisory, Technology Enablement (TE) and the Microsoft Dynamics AX/ D365 F&O projects.
• Develop, test, and deploy required modifications/customizations for D365 F&O applications.
• Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code.
• Create and develop technical requirements and design specifications for enhancements/ modifications/ customizations to D365 F&O functionalities.
• In-charge on any technical issues as well as coordinating with Microsoft on any product issues.
• Deliver the technical training and user support as required.
• Demonstrate trust and responsibility working independently or across multiple channels.
• Report directly to Technical Lead/ Project Manager.

• At least 1+ years of development experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/ 365 F&O.
• Experience with SSRS reports.
• Experience with VAS reports is a plus.
• Experience in database development in creating complex database Queries, Views, Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions Strong relational database background/ understanding.
• Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.
• Ability to troubleshoot software systems, optimize performance, resolve problems, and provide follow-up on issues.
• Good communication in both business and technical language.
• Good at communication in English language is required.
• Knowledge in developing solutions for enterprise cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications is a plus.
