Participate in the entire product development life cycle, from requirements, designs to implementations.
Troubleshoot and improve current systems and their performance through close collaboration with different product teams.
Learn and expand your knowledge through individual research or team discussions to keep up with industry standards.
Ensure coding quality, for yourself and other peers.
Development of major components or modules and contribute to the design and maintenance of the products.
Support higher-level managers on technical analysis to provide the best technical solution, as well as support colleagues for solving technical issues to complete the assigned projects / tasks on timely manner.
For Team Lead level: Determine project requirements, delegate tasks accordingly for the team and liaise with team members, managers and clients to ensure projects are up to standards.

Academic degree or equivalent working experience in Information Technology or related fields.
Middle to Senior level:3 - 6 years hands-on experience with Java development (preferably using Spring Boot).
Team Lead level: Developers with experience leading a technical team of 3+ members.
Firm knowledge of microservices architecture.
Experience working with Front-end technologies like Reactjs / Angular / Vuejs is added advantage.
Excellent programming skills and flexibility with a variety of frameworks.
Good communication and problem solving skills.
Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Experience with cloud services is added advantage.
Good English skills to collaborate within an international team is added advantage.
